National Baseball Hall of Fame Museum

The National Baseball Hall of Fame and Museum will open an exhibit dedicated to the 2008 World Series and the Philadelphia Phillies' second World Championship in mid-November in Cooperstown, N.Y. The exhibit will feature a number of treasures donated by members of the Phillies and Tampa Bay Rays to represent the 104th Fall Classic.

Baseball Hall of Fame in 2009

Cooperstown, New York - Ten former Major League players, whose careers began in 1942 or earlier, will be considered for election to the National Baseball Hall of Fame in 2009 by the Veterans Committee, with results of a Dec. 7 vote to be announced Dec. 8 at baseball's Winter Meetings, it was announced today.

ESPN Deportes Winter League Baseball

As the 2008 Major League Baseball season comes to an end, ESPN Deportes will present the most extensive coverage of winter baseball from the Dominican Republic, Venezuela and Mexico.
